I appears this is my local branch now, its half an hours drive from my home. reading the reviews I wont be going there for help. Question when I am look for say a loan, re financing my home loan by topping up some cash and so forth, how do I do it -----at another bank I guess
The staff at the Knox branch were so compassionate and showed such kindness to my mum today. We needed to remove my dad’s name from bank accounts after his passing. It was difficult but the staff handled the request with such empathy it made it less stressful for my mum. Their support was much appreciated.
Atrocious service with no actual service completed. Needed to open an account was sent away to complete it via mobile banking except their app didn't work which didn't matter to them. They basically said they cant help. What kind of bank doesn't open an extra account for you?! Not the first time we've struggled with service. There like basically 3 branches in Melbourne. Join BOM at own risk. App is not intuitive, doesn't work often. Online banking format is terrible there is no user friendly face. Cannot wait to refinance.

The branch has the SLOWEST tellers. They have no concept of customer services nor the value of time spent standing in line waiting for their 'service'
