I feel my questions were answered and my issue resolved in a friendly, informative, and especially efficient manner by Dhinya. After my own local branch closed I can now highly recommend the staff at Bank of Melbourne Keysborough.
My wife and I walked into the branch to enquire about a home loan and got converted straight away. Not only they were far more competitive than the banks we were already with but the service my wife and I got was incredible. You honestly made the whole process an absolute breeze. Went into the branch to change DD details & some ? About home loan. Was attended to by RINA. 🤗 fantastic, attention to detail, customer care, genuinely compassionate & went over & beyond in duty of care.
