Honestly, this bank has one of the weakest customer service experiences compared to other banks. Even for a simple task, you often have to wait in line for a long time, and it’s really frustrating. It gets on your nerves and wastes your time.

As far as bank branches go this one is fantastic, the staff are very helpful and it has a coin deposit machine which come sometimes be hard to come by at other branches
