BoM dont know how to work with self employed people, would recommend going elsewhere if you are self employed. Absolutely horrible experience
Great service! i am very happy with the service this branch had offered. Satvinder, is very professional, absolute pleasure to deal with when we were in the process of buying our first home. Always listens and patient enough to accomodate us despite the busy schedule, made us feel like really important person. Willing to help and see to it we understand every process we are going into. Very welcoming atmosphere. keep it up 👍
Had an excellent encounter with the most helpful staff member, Melody yesterday. She is a rockstar and an asset to the Bank of Melbourne. So very meticulous, conscientious and customer centric in her approach. Bank branches need more people like Melody to remind customers what a thoughtful and personal experience you can get from a community focused branch. Wait time was non-existent and I didn’t feel like I was just another face in the crowd.
Worst experience i ever had with BOM had to take my hat off very rude took 10mins to serve me and keep looking. For the manager to answer me questions and then was told to sit down and wait for the manager to come from lunch to take money out what a joke!!
Usually this is very helpful and friendly branch but today for the first time that I always do my banking in this branch I encountered this unfriendly staff.She had a new zealand accent hard to understand and condescending manner.Put me off and doesn't want to go back in this branch if she's in the counter.Teach your staff to have good manners towards customer Bank of Melbourne.
