Went in on a Saturday and spoke with the loveliest lady, Paula Moro she was very very helpful, knowledgeable and went above ans beyond, very caring.
Solid branch, quite busy when I went in but that isn’t surprising given it’s one of only a few BOM branches left. Cleanliness was decent (you can tell some things have been neglected though) and they had contractors in fixing things. I was served in around 10 minutes and the lady who served me was polite and friendly. Well done BoM Epping, I hope they keep this branch open.
