Very bad service didint help with my card problem rude i had waited one hour in seating area no one help me they help a person that came after me i told them im next just ignored me never agian ill be visting epping branch

The bank will lock you out for no reason. Sometimes it makes you feel insecure when the bank refuses to give you money back. I don't know if the bank is going broke?
Customer service was not up to the mark. Staff authoritatively assuned that my atm card was not in their branch. Upon persuading them to check....lo and behold, it was found in the branch. I am thankful my persuasion worked, else it was a wasted trip for me due to poor customer service.
Solid branch, quite busy when I went in but that isn’t surprising given it’s one of only a few BOM branches left. Cleanliness was decent (you can tell some things have been neglected though) and they had contractors in fixing things. I was served in around 10 minutes and the lady who served me was polite and friendly. Well done BoM Epping, I hope they keep this branch open.
