You can barely get a response to your query. Manager doesn’t have access to do anything with accounts and you might have to wait for hours to get an appointment.
So inefficient people working there. Did my refinancing and found out that they did not fill in the form and direct where the excess money needs to go. So hopeless. I cant access my money now
