I’m new to BOM and I needed to sign some documents and set up my app so I visited Broadmeadows branch on my lunch break and I must say that Michelle was amazing! She helped me set up my app with quick login and helped me sign documents digitally. She also recognised my name and informed me that my debit card was in branch ready for pick up all while understanding how pressed for time I was so service with efficiency and a smile! Keep up the great work Michelle and thank you!
