Had to go into the branch recently, first time in years (had to verify a card), staff friendly fast and efficient despite putting up with an extremely rude and aggressive customer.
I have attended this bank 3 times in the last month. 1st to replace damaged card , staff member was condescending - waiting & service time 1hr. 2nd time to obtain small denomination notes from teller - one teller - wait 20 mins. Today to use coin machine - out of order, given currency bags & told to bag coins. I'm done.
After half an hour wait to activate a card , when I was card it took no more than 30 seconds ..... I was over it seems to be alot of ppl doing the same just waiting .
Friendly and helpful staff
Customer service, wait times and lack of staff is horrendous. Absolutely horrendous!! I left my last bank for these same reasons. My advice don’t change to BOM. Time to change again!
