Calls never go though, when setting up accounts it’s required multiple visits and they would miss sections so required me to come back a few times which is difficult with my work hours. Very slow service with not enough staff on. When trying to with draw a large amount of cash they say you have to call up for notice but they don't answer calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.
The staff who greeted me were very friendly. My English is not good. He explained it carefully. thank you
I was depositing coins when machine jammed up but was told they have to wait for gaurds to count out when they turn up they would let me know if count was out i ended up way short of what i put in dont trust the machines
