Calls never go though, when setting up accounts it’s required multiple visits and they would miss sections so required me to come back a few times which is difficult with my work hours. Very slow service with not enough staff on. When trying to with draw a large amount of cash they say you have to call up for notice but they don't answer calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.
The staff who greeted me were very friendly. My English is not good. He explained it carefully. thank you
I was depositing coins when machine jammed up but was told they have to wait for gaurds to count out when they turn up they would let me know if count was out i ended up way short of what i put in dont trust the machines
Service is not great now. They use to be ok. Usually only one teller open. Prepare to wait ages and other non disabled customers push in. Phone service is almost impossible to speak to an operator. This may be ok for normal accounts but a morgage may be frustrating.
The Ballarat branch is never open or has hours that are completely random. It's pure luck if they're going to be open or not.
