Customer service, wait times and lack of staff is horrendous. Absolutely horrendous!! I left my last bank for these same reasons. My advice don’t change to BOM. Time to change again!
Absolute joke since it moved over to Westpac in Sturt St. I would give 0 if I could. 2 hrs to be tended to as no BOM staff.

Calls never go though, when setting up accounts it’s required multiple visits and they would miss sections so required me to come back a few times which is difficult with my work hours. Very slow service with not enough staff on. When trying to with draw a large amount of cash they say you have to call up for notice but they don't answer calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.
