ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BANK!!! Stay away from American River Bank like your life depends on it!!! I would give ZERO stars but they don't allow it. They non-stop harass for no reason customers like me who fully pay their mortgage on time each month. Why? Because they want to fabricate a "default" so they can unfairly raise interest rates on my mortgage. And you cannot escape to another lender because they have very high and unfair prepayment penalties so you are stuck.
