I have been with this bank for a long time. I would have left them if I wasn't so lazy. Moving my pension and SS payments to another bank is an effort and could cause missed payments on critical accounts. So I stuck with them. They are NOW, sooo much better at everything. The Online banking is doing real well now and tellers seem to be better educated in their job. I'm kind of lazy, so when they fill out my deposit slip it makes me extremely happy.
