If I could give you a zero I would. Systems are outdated and slow, will take you multiple calls to solve anything. Everyone I know only has bad things to say.
When I moved back to this area from DePere...I switched to this bank & have been happy with them. It's nice to have more than one location to go to for my banking service.
This ATM is supposedly part of the Wisconsin Bankers Assocation fee-free ATM network, however they still impose a fee when you use a card from a WBA member bank. It then involves multiple phone calls, chats, and emails when my bank then reversed the charges. It shouldn't involve all of that, just follow the rules you were given.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to work with.
