Simply the best, although I do wish they would put THEIR OWN money machine outside each location
I've had several encounters with the team at the Slidell Pontchartain location while trying to assist my elderly parents who have banked there for years. Each time they are kind and helpful, greet us in a sincere way, and are patient with questions. They make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you. Not the type of service I'm used to getting on the Southshore so it's very much appreciated.
