Monica made my experience easy. Sometimes we get so frustrated because of the unanswered questions or all that is required of us. Monica made sure to stay in contact throughout the entire process and answered any questions that I had. She also stayed on top of us with getting all my requirements in timely and letting me know what to look for and also suggesting things we could do for better rates on insurance. I appreciate my cousin referring Monica to us. She is the best at what she does.
