I am not a consumer of this bank but recently I have made some bad finacial decisions and am trying to get a miduem size loan of 20k to get cash app borrow and after pay of cash app and my over draft paid off, Affirm, Klarna, credit cards, and upstart and get electric bill cought up and internet caught up and my bank back from neg I have tried my bank Arvest but my credit is not at 700 and I have nothing in my name for a secured loan and I don't know/ maybe they just don't want to help with being a co signer at my bank with ... read more
Best bank in Little Rock. Samantha at the downtown branch is great!
App never works, bank not open on Saturday , bank takes forever to take payments out and process transactions. You can only remove max of $300 from ATM without prior approval, so if you need more than that on the weekend you’re screwed. Kasasa interest rate not worth it- better to put your money in a high yield savings account. They do not reimburse for ATM fees. The list goes on and on. Go to AFCU or a more established bank.
Tellers incompetent, would not let me open an account with a valid Texas DL. Ridiculous.
