This bank is horrible.... Been here 25 years and will be going to another bank. I have changed my address 3 times and yet they still send my card to the wrong address and then tells me that I have to cross a bridge in my wheelchair to get another one... They are rude when you come in to handle business.... I would not recommend going here.... You're better off putting your money under your mattress.... the teller employee was awful rude to me when I was trying to explain my reason why I was at this branch he interrupted me asking for an ID card , I could see some issues as a costumer service.
Drive thru doesn't necessarily stay open to 6pm, even on Friday. 5pm for best results.
I'll have to wait up to 4 weeks to get a replacement card due to them not processing the paperwork i fill out in person at this location..... this happened everytime i need a replacement........
Respectful and quick, I haven't experienced any problems. Convenient location.
