Very professional team always kind incompletes my transactions
I’ve came to this bank so many times and it was always good until this lady asked for my id and I’ve always been here and they never asked for that. Plus right on top of that they were being very rude, and didn’t even ask what I want the money in 20’s 10’s etc.
Worst bank ever!! Not only do they deposit checks into the wrong account..... MORE THAN ONCE. They decline chip read charges 20 minutes from my home. I work for fraud myself. This is ridiculous!!!! Edited -75th Street Branch Finally trying to close this account down. Went on Friday zero out my account. I asked the Teller more than one "So this closes out this account correct"?.
