This bank is by far the WORST banking institution in Johnson County. They put you on hold when you have a discrepancy in your account and then disconnect. Customer Service representative, Megan Serrano doesn't return phone calls that have been routed to her.
I have no idea what’s going on with the Bank of Labor mobile app but the Face ID for the new iPhone 14 Pro Max is none existent. It only allows for Touch ID, which no recent iPhone has. I’ve talked to then with no results. Apple says everything is correct in their side. Waiting on their IT person to see about this . I know it worked on my iPhone 12 Pro Max with Face ID but something is wrong with the newest phone on their system. Face ID works on every other app I have but not here, so I’m sure it had to do with the app not ... read more
