Horrible customer service, asked to chang email id and address, they need to what amount i am earning. IRD has my earning statements, i have no idea why bank of india need to know. I cant give minus star that's why chose one star but not even worthy. I wouldn't recommend this bank, only was using remittance but now I will go to other options as simple request an with proper ID (passport copy, phone bill with address, drivers license) is not enough to update my email and address. Visited on two three occasions for sending my life certificate or fulfilling KYC documents, they have been very cooperative and helpful. Extended excellent service without wasting time.
Bad name for India. We went there, waited and nobody cared .
