It is the best Indian Bank on Belgrave Road.Customet service is excellent even though there level of operation and technology is limited.
Do not use this bank. I saw staff violating confidentiality, data protection, and information assurance by staff giving customers someone else's savings book. I was asked to sign a form with someone else's personal details on the back. I took a photo and will be making a complaint to the financial ombudsman. I had an appointment at 2.30 pm. When I arrived the member of staff decided to go on a late lunch and was over half an hour late. Everything was done at snail pace. This bank is not compliant with British standards. If I could, I would give 0 star. I have just been on a call where the gentleman advised that I cannot open a bank account. He was very rude and he insisting that he CANNOT open a current account for me.. which is quite bold statement from a BANK. Do not even bother calling them, absolutely useless.
