Also the tellers set a standard for excellence in not only customer service and community relations but also in kindness when demonstrating inclusiveness towards the developmentally disabled. This is not directed specifically to the Yakima branch, this is directed to Bank of Idaho as a whole and how they operate business. Your bank makes it such high effort to file a card dispute. Be prepared to call your local branch to explain to them what happened and they will tell you to call the number on the back of your card just to call that number just to explain the situation again and for them to then say let me transfer you to our dispute center. My experience with Bank of Idaho has been outstanding ! Donna, Erin, Esna, Jessica, Laurie and Kim are phenomenal! They always treat you with respect and always have a smile on their faces. You really do bank with people there not with a bank! I am happy with the service they provide and recommend this bank to everyone.
