This bank absolutely hosed us on our business loan. We did everything they asked, put hundreds of dollars into logos, business plans, etc at them telling us we were gonna get approved. They took MONTHS to work with us, switched providers, and ultimately told us they'd give us a loan but now only with 30% down. Are. You. Kidding. Me. If we'd known from the get go an SBA loan from them would require 30% down, we would have saved our time and money and gone elsewhere. Hello, I am writing to complain about Machele DuBois. She is the lender in charge for the buyer of my commercial building. We had an original close date of May 10th, which was extended to June 5th, which was extended again to July 20th! So far Machele has not been able to provide the documentation needed for me to move forward on another purchase.
