Great Bank with very friendly and supportive staff.
Absolute crooks. They literally called me to ask me to remove my rating after I went into great detail on they were in the wrong and have very shady practices. So they promised to fix their mistake if I fixed my rating. I did. I but then they lied and now I’m dealing with a collection company instead of them directly. Why lie? I literally don’t owe them anything but apparently some made up fees. That’s the only thing they are trying to collect. The ridiculous fees, that every other bank in town laugh at.
