I used to love this bank when it was Bank of Idaho but now that it's owned by Citizens I'm not very happy when they said nothing was changing and as soon as the new year hit, now you guys have taken away Saturday hours? This is unacceptable to me and I will be looking for a new bank now. Saturday was the only day I could deposit my check as I work Monday through Friday and don't get off work until after 6:30. I can't afford to wait till the following week everytime.
I'm sure the people at the actual location are just as good as they were when it was Bank of Idaho, but stuff like the online and phone service has severely declined. The whole change over has been a pain, and since I'm being forced to switch banks, I think I'll go pick a better one.
