I'm sure the people at the actual location are just as good as they were when it was Bank of Idaho, but stuff like the online and phone service has severely declined. The whole change over has been a pain, and since I'm being forced to switch banks, I think I'll go pick a better one.

My favorite bank for coin roll hunting, staff is almost always cheerful and funny, they arent rude when i ask for stuff, and they are super reliable, always my first pick.
Their just great and efficient every time.
