My mother has a mortgage with this bank and how it was written nothing is going on principal only interest and escrow, is that even legal?
We have our home loan through this company. They have mysteriously "lost" our payment not once, but twice. Now, one of us has to take off of work early so we can take them the copy of the receipt and check AGAIN! For a bank, they are not very careful with their money. I wouldn't recommend them. Losing a payment once, I can see how that can happen. Losing a payment a second time is a bit ridiculous.
