Very kind services!
I have added other banks for External Transfer and got a confirmation that 2 micro deposits worked well, so other banks are connected. But, on Bank of online banking it says, the bank TO send money to is Bot selected, and on the other bank, it says the Bank of Hope is not verified! How come ? When your system is down, how long we customers are locked in from the online banking ? Today, around 4 pm, I heard that your system was recovered! Then, how come doesn't it work, yet ?
Relationship banker rep lied about offers. Disconnect between what’s on website and in branch, big freaking waste of time. Also felt like I was not welcomed. Will never do business with this bank or branch again. If I could give a negative rating I would.
