This is the WORST bank ever. They have outdated technology firstly, their employees are rude when it comes to needing assistance with any issue. Branch manager made me come in person to filed a dispute for an unauthorized transaction and told me if it was fraud, I wouldn’t have to come in. It is fraud because I didn’t authorize the charge!!! Manager also tried to convince me to not file the dispute by telling me it likely won’t be approved!! This bank literally flags $200 legitimate transactions as fraud and blocks them but ... read more
