I had a wonderful experience at this Bank of Hope Cerritos branch. Compared to other branches I've visited, the environment here is much more pleasant and welcoming. Every staff member greets you warmly, and I never felt any language barrier communicating in English. I'm especially grateful that they introduced me to a Money Market account, which has been much more beneficial for my finances than my previous checking account. The fact that they're not as big of a chain like chase or boa, this place has been always helpful. everytime i walk in i see smiles on their faces. I just hope the workers are getting treated as well as they perform. I do know korean companies love to slave their own kind xD. but i love this place.
