Every time I visit the bank, they are always kind and helpful, doing their best to meet the customer’s needs. They also have a great understanding of what is necessary and provide the most suitable recommendations😊😊 Especially Karen, the branch manager — she always welcomes customers with a smile and is so helpful with anything they need👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The Bank of Hope branch I usually go to recently closed so went to this branch. There was a long line as expected and wait, since the other branch closed but experience was not bad. The staff were friendly and helped me take care of my needs. I actually like this branch better the staff were very welcoming and I can see that they were working as fast and hard as they could to take care of everyone. Would definitely recommend.

평소 이곳 은행에 근무하는 인원이 부족하다고 느꼈는데 오늘 방문해보니 창구 직원이 늘어나서 빠르게 일처리를 하는것이 좋았습니다. 모든 직원들이 친절하고 상냥하게 손님을 대하는 것이 마음에 들어서 이 은행을 다른 사람에게 적극 추천하려고 합니다.

We saw a CD promotion ad and went to this branch with my mother to open a CD. The line was long and all the new account seats were full of people, however branch manager Karen Kim helped us. She was super kind and prompt. Thanks to her, my mother was able to open CD successfully without long wait. She helped us very kindly throughout the account opening process.Highly recommend this bank.

내가 다녀본 은행중에 가장 친절한 한인은행 같습니다. 사람들이 대기 하는 줄이 길어지면 지점장이란분이 직접 손님을 응대해주는 모습이 다른 은행과는 대조되는 것 같습니다. 그 지점장에 그 직원들...한결같이 웃는 모습, 언제 방문해도 기분 좋게 나의 하루를 시작할수 있어서 좋습니다.
