1. 처음과 두번째 방문: 어설픈 고객서비스 안내로 여러번 방문하게 하였음. 송금에 필요한 모든 절치를 조리있게 알려주지 못함. 정기예금 해지절차 또한 뒤죽박죽. 데빗카드 사용 시작이 복잡함. 모바일뱅킹 사용이 복잡함. 2. 세번째 방문: 송금을 쉽게 마치었고 Branch Manager Karen씨가 직접 모바일뱅킹의 모든 문제점을 해결했습니다. 제가 경험한 불편을 다 경청해 주었고 사과와 더불어 고객서비스를 더욱 강화할 것을 약속해주었습니다. 캐런씨의 친절과 신기에 가까운 일처리 솜씨는 저를 감동시켰고 그간의 불편한 기억을 다 지워주었습니다. 별 다섯개로 수정합니다! ㅎㅎ 제가 미주은행시절부터 오랫동안 이용했고 아껴왔던 BOH가 늘 발전하고 성장하기를 기원합니다.
