My wife and I went to Bank of Hope to look into getting a CD. Upon entering I saw a smiling guard who welcomed me to Bank of Hope. I immediately felt safer and felt welcomed. Federal Way has such an incredibly high crime rate an armed guard is a wonderful sight to see. I spoke to the guard and he assured me that Bank of Hope was one of the safest locations in the city of Federal Way. He also brought me to the proper bank person to assist me and my wife with opening a CD. He then asked if he could assist me with anything else... read more
