My wife and I went to Bank of Hope to look into getting a CD. Upon entering I saw a smiling guard who welcomed me to Bank of Hope. I immediately felt safer and felt welcomed. Federal Way has such an incredibly high crime rate an armed guard is a wonderful sight to see. I spoke to the guard and he assured me that Bank of Hope was one of the safest locations in the city of Federal Way. 은행 다녀오고 나서 너무 기분이 안좋아서 글을 올려 놓네요 사람 무시하는것도 아니고 인사도 안하고 무슨 업무로 왔는지 신경도 쓰지않고 니네가 알아서 볼일보고 가라는식 기가막히네요 은행이 거기만 있는것도 아니고 어이가 없어서 타국에서 같이 살아가면서 이러면 안되는거 아닌가요? 은행교육이 시급한거 같아요 고객들 다 놓치기전에 개선하셨으면 합니다
여성 teller가 2명이 있지요. 두 사람 다 불친절하기가 미국은행 저리가라입니다.설명을 해도 이해를 못하고 본인들 할 말만 계속 되풀이하는데 은행차원에서 교육이 시급하다고 생각합니다. 은행고객을 위해 일해주세요
