Today I came in and requested a small amount of change for my larger bills. I was sneered at and turned down, because I didn't have an account there yet. I have never heard of a bank that doesn't provide change. I bet if I were Asian it would be a different story, don't waste your time. Go to another bank that actually has good customer service
