Mrs. Kim I walked in to open a account for my new job in la Crecenta area and she said they have to run this by the board and now they are asking for 3 months of bank statements all to open a small account HORRIBLE BANK AND VERY JUDGEMENTAL AND RACIAL PROFILE.
Based on my experience, the customer service has been the worst I’ve encountered from a bank. I hope they improve their responsiveness, because right now it feels impossible to get any support when you need it.
Wouldn’t allow disabled elderly bank customers to use working restroom. They said it’s the rule to not let any customers to use the restroom, and the closest one they want us to go is allllll the way across from the parking lot at Vons in 101 degrees heat. Had to really fight for it to ask the manager. Will be changing bank.
