Sometimes I get snobby attitude from customer rep. Have to BEG for a calender and they Always say " We done have or low on stock" which is ridiculous. They should be thankful that many Asians go there due to loyalty, not because this bank is better than other banks.
Among the banks I visit, Bank of Hope is the friendliest, takes good care of its customers, shows the highest interest in its customers' finances, and introduces good products. Thank you very much. Even though I live in Manhattan, I always enjoy going to Queens to this bank. The bankers I met today, Lisa Park and Su-yeon KIM are so nice. I really want to praise the most amazing banker , Hye-ryun KU Thank you always.
