Among the banks I visit, Bank of Hope is the friendliest, takes good care of its customers, shows the highest interest in its customers' finances, and introduces good products. Thank you very much. Even though I live in Manhattan, I always enjoy going to Queens to this bank. The bankers I met today, Lisa Park and Su-yeon KIM are so nice. I really want to praise the most amazing banker , Hye-ryun KU Thank you always.

I worked security for this branch for 18 months and i must say Lisa park the assistant branch manager has to be the worst manager i ever worked for .in my entire time there i was never late or called out sick one time and i was always polite to the customers and employees .i was never even offered a cup of coffee my entire time there .lisa park even made it an issue when i took a 2 dollar pastry !
