My experience with the Bank of Hope was terrible. I arrived 15 mins earlier than 14:00 appointment to open a business account, only to find the lobby empty and staff having their happy conversation. I had to wait outside of lobby to 14:00 and initiate contact myself. after 3 mins talk i was informed that the Bank of Hope does not serve home-based businesses, a policy that could have been communicated befor my visit. And that middle-aged woman,first saying is i dont speak Chinese when i m talking to the orther banker. and her... read more

Never had really that much problem until you run into ONLINE banking problem. You have to wait till Pacific time to get help for online banking because the IT is located in CALI.
