This bank is terrible. I had to call and wait five days just to withdraw my own money. One day, I tried to withdraw $5,000, but they only let me take out $2,000, claiming they didn't have enough money. Additionally, one evening, my account was overdrafted, and even though I went to the bank first thing in the morning to deposit money, they wouldn't waive the fee. I needed some assistance with a banking issue and happened to just run into an Assistant V.P. at the bank. While I'm pretty sure it was not her job to help me, she nonetheless took the time to figure out what I needed and how to get it accomplished. I wish I caught her name; and if I could, I would give that lady an extra gold star for all her help. It very much appreciated!
