I don't bank here and definitely won't based on an experience my friend just had at the Sunnyvale location. He went into the branch to ask for change for 3 hundred dollar bills (which he had just obtained from the branch's own ATM), and was basically refused service until he could furnish a receipt from the ATM. Even after offering to show the withdrawal transaction on his phone app, the teller continued to interrogate him, asking him why he needed change and even called the bank manager. I went to this bank for what should have been a seemingly easy and quick experience but it turned out to be anything but. I stopped by the bank to get change. I had 3 $100 bills that I got literally 5 seconds before from the ATM outside the bank (I didn't know ATM give bigger bills now). The teller was sooooooooo rude and refused to give me change until i could produce a receipt showing that I got the 3 $100 bills from their ATM.
