Everyone here is so kind and helpful! They know their customers and take good care of you and your banking needs!
Only bank that still takes multiple business days for checks to clear, and I deposit checks from many different banks a year. Small banks like this one need to get with the times and realize their processing and EFT times should be quicker, a lot quicker. Get with the times!

If you need a construction loan, this is not the bank that you can trust.
The only person I trust at this bank is Laurie. Bank of Holland used to know their customers, I have had accounts there for about 15 years, never got ID'd until this year. The staff don't know their customers and it's ridiculous. One teller was so rude multiple times- I put a negative review and it was addressed by her saying "she had no idea she was being snotty".
