This banking institution is absolutely unprofessional. The way that they handled my mortgage was very abnormal compared to other banks. I was approved for a mortgage, went through the whole process, only to be told a month into the process that they were not going to give me a loan based on the location of the home; their reasoning?? It was outside their lending area .
