As I was considering opening an account in store I walk in and my 5 year old has to use the restroom … I ask if it’s fine and they refuse to let my 5 year old use the restroom because I did not have a current account.
Claudia is the WORST! She lacks empathy and professionalism!!! We can hear you mumbling under your breath when you go back to your desk. Shes rude and judgmental this place had its potential but someone in upper management needs to do something with Claudia’s attitude and eye rolling! you can tell she thinks she’s better then everyone.
