I went to this branch and had to order a new card due to mine being compromised and here I am 10 days later and the card was not ordered, and I asked to expedite and they said they would. This ruined my whole Christmas and not being able to buy Christmas presents.
Long time account there. Closed account since college...my business account was stolen. Stolen by their bank...ghost bank...
