Went to Bank of Hawaii today and was weed on an extremely rude ignorant person look like a young kid with glasses black hair didn't know she was local or not extremely bad attitude why do people like this work with the public if they don't know how to act
Would not remove my hawaiian miles, after multiple attempts. Held checks with no reason.. We need more banking options. There is no logical reason to hold a check for 2 weeks. Absolutely none, our account hasn't been over drafted. Will be finding a system that works for customers, not a corporation first.
Pulling all of my money out of this bank. They make it impossible to have a business account When you operate in other state's as well.
Everyone is always so friendly and efficient!
