Great customer service!
This bank would not allow me to deposit my own funds into my business account from a cashiers check.
If you are military and in a Deployable status, I do not recommend you bank here. I left for a 6 month deployment and temporarily stopped my allotments to the account. When I returned from deployment, I had a stack of letters saying that I was overdrawn $5 due to them charging a service fee on the account. Although I was on deployment, I still had my mobile phone, and not once did I ever receive a phone call. When I asked the lady why I never received a phone call, she stated that they do not call and only "send letters"... ... read more
