My daughter and I went in to change ownership of a safety deposit account. We did not have an appointment but Ku'ulei gladly took us aside into a private room to help us complete the form. She was very patient and respectful and quickly completed our business. Thank you BOH for having some awesome people working for you.
The Mililani Branch is modern looking on the inside and the staff appear to be very friendly and welcoming from my limited interactions with them as I am a new customer. I do want people looking at this review or any BOH higher ups looking at this to know that I had a positive experience with banker Mikaela on 8/6/2025. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, I was able to get a account opened up quickly and she answered all questions I had in regards to mobile banking, check deposit, fees, etc. A+ service. Thank you again!
Legal department at this bank is a nightmare be careful of dealing with this bank I have had a nightmare experience that cost me over $10000 try another bank please ASB is better way warmer and sweeter the call center employees and the supervisor Garcia is the meanest person ever to customers please I need to report him to someone so he can improve thank you
