The lines are too long. There’s at least 6 podiums but only 2 are open for business. WHY???? Yet BOH sees the lines but ignores their customers.
The young man at teller window was super friendly and wrote down our 2 simple requests of ordering new checks for a joint account and ordering a new debit card for my wheel chair bound elderly father who they made come in to do all this. The checks didn't have the correct names and the debit card never came. I had to call only to find out it wasn't even ordered. It had been 2 weeks! The other young lady who helped us with our joint account needs was efficient and helpful.
