This morning I went in to deposit a cashiers check from a local credit union.. I asked cashier not to put a hold on my check .. she then said she would have to speak to her supervisor .. I said that was fine .. I had ample funds in my checking account and I also told her to please call the Pearl City branch as I’ve had this account for over 50 years .. she then went to check with her branch manager Mark Benavides ..after waiting 20 minutes Mr Benavides came out to tell me he would have to put a hold on my cashiers check … I ... read more
The lines are too long. There’s at least 6 podiums but only 2 are open for business. WHY???? Yet BOH sees the lines but ignores their customers.
