Everyone is very friendly. This is a great bank
Bank of Grand Lake always takes great care of me and my family. I had a last-minute wire that needed to go out today. They jumped through hoops and made it happen!!
I love how even shortly after moving to Grove and joining this bank, that they already knew my face and name, and make me feel like family!
This bank won’t give a straight answer. Nothing makes sense. They randomly closed our account without notice nor explanation. I don’t know what they did with the money.
