Steve DeChamps is the best customer service representative in the banking industry. He single handily stop the fraud from happening on my bank account, was able to identify the source of the fraud and recover the money. Frozen my old account and gave me a brand new one. Best experience ever for me!!!
Some of the people are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on before I could finish speaking.
Loved interacting with both the branch manager and the staff! The branch manager was kind and helpful, and she gave me all the insights I needed into the new bank account I opened up with them. And the Staff were pleasant to interact with as well! They are kind, always smiling towards you, and always ready to help, when they can! Dorie and Steve have been extremely helpful and patient with managing my accounts. They solved my problems and answered each question with friendly explanations. This Cairo branch is truly an example of ideal local banking.
