They lure you in with "high" interest of 4% but the rate keeps decreasing and is now down to 2.36%. Also I have two months of "inactive" fees of $8 at the moment. I guess I am supposed to log in every five seconds? I was trying to get money away from ******* *** so experimented with about $1,000 in Bank of Greene County but ******* *** seems to actually be more ethical than this small local bank that seems to want to just rack up loads of fees based on nothing

Terrible service. If you do not have money they do not want anything to do with you. Applying for construction loan. Been about 3.5 weeks. Tried calling numerous times, left messages. No call back. Finally, random call today with no counteroffer or any type response other than they couldn't help us out. Had to pry information out of them.

I've been a long time customer of the bank for many years. Always a great experience when visiting the branches, very friendly environment. Always receive great customer service. Their fraud prevention service is on top of contacting me if there are suspicious transactions. All in all great local bank to bank with!!
