I have had my account here for over 8 years and have never once overdrawn. Recently while on a vacation, I was charged $37 nine different times for overdraw fees that I was never told about. That is a total of $333. I was never informed of the fees and didn’t get any notifications. Will be closing my account immediately and moving to Trustco
Both Jo and Lisa are extremely friendly and helpful, patient with my many questions, and put a positive spin on the day! The bank location is also very convenient and comfortable.
