This branch used to be a pleasure to visit. The former manager was great and he kept everything and everyone in good working order. He retired when Bank of Fayetteville was sold. Yesterday I had business at the Crossover branch and it was very different. The woman who handled my inquiry barely glanced at me, and treated me like I was a criminal, not a customer.
