Big disappointment. Unhelpful. Unable to cash checks from a nationally known and reputable insurance company after years of banking and multiple accounts. I will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere. Also their app sucks. 👎
I have been with this bank for about 40 years..I really wish they would reopen walk in on Wedington.
No notary, no third party checks (grandma's b-day check to child) , lobby appointment only....be nice to have a real bank.
Not a full service bank by any means. They charge for everything possible (and top dollar too), no notary service, no third party checks (meaning they won't accept or cash your kids birthday check from grandma), want to cash a check? be ready to have your fingerprints taken...everything I don't want in a bank and more!
