I have used this bank since it was formed. I used the Crossover branch until it’s wonderful manager retired after BOF was sold. Now I use the main bank on the square. Nancy Burns is the biggest asset BOF has. Exceptionally kind and considerate, she also has the skills to deal with complex financial issues. She helped my sister and me deal with family assets and also fixed some issues with my personal account. She is the best!!
The clerks are rude and do not give customer service. One teller farted in front of me (light hair/buzz cut) and they all laughed like 5 year olds. Plus it stank. I guess the jokes on me for having an account there. Founder John Lewis is turning over in his grave right now.
