My favorite ❤️ bank
Do not use this bank for any lending products. They are grossly incompetent and do not understand basic lending parameters. They also have the worst lending rates in the state for realestate and construction loans. Do not use them.
Disclosure, I’m an account holder. I only do local banks, and have been pleased with the general services of this bank. However, customer service leaves little to be desired. The only individuals I enjoy interacting with our the tellers at the Collierville location. Each time I call the “main number“, I get one of a few grouchy ladies who find it rather displeasing that I need assistance. Typical of bank employees. Bank1905 would do well to refresh their customer service protocols and retire half their staff.
