I went through debt cards left and right with this bank because they kept allowing my account to get hacked and I would end up paying for stuff on a regular basis that I’d never ordered, I had to keep returning to the bank and beg them to stop paying for these orders and all they did was remove my debit card from me, eventually my money got returned to my account. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bank. The staff treated me with a lack of respect and professionalism that left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. Based on how I was treated, I can't help but question whether bias or discrimination played a role, which is deeply concerning.
